More About Simon Gencher
Simon is the founder, principal lawyer, consultant, and mediator at Gencher Law.
Having worked throughout the Golden Horseshoe/Greater Toronto Area for more than 20 years in both the private and public sectors, he brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to the practice, with the sole purpose of finding the best possible solutions to the needs of our clients.
His working knowledge of the law is bolstered by his specialized training in alternative dispute resolution, Blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and smart contracts, litigation, and various areas of business law.
Having acted for individual and corporate plaintiffs and defendants, Simon is uniquely positioned to fully appreciate our clients’ circumstances which helps us build more fundamentally sound cases for them, as they work their way through the sometimes long and arduous process of negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
While always trying to build consensus and finding win-win outcomes between opposing parties and our clients rather than having to resort to the adversarial court processes, Simon is no stranger to the courtroom. He has appeared at every level of court in Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada, so rest assured that “should push come to shove,” Simon’s strong litigation background will also serve you well.
